1. About us

Dream Dental Care is a dental clinic at Guntur vari thota 2nd Lane, Main Road, beside Radhika Rayudu Hospital, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh 522001, India, under the clinical direction of Dr YNR Sudeshna Tulabandula (Periodontist & Implant Specialist). In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the clinic, and "you" refers to the patient or website user.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to book, pay or agree to these Terms on your own behalf. Appointments and treatment for minors must be arranged and consented to by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf.

3. Our services

We provide dental consultation and treatment, and supporting facilities including this website, online appointment booking, appointment reminders, digital records, and online or in-clinic payment. Availability of specific treatments is subject to clinical assessment; not every treatment is suitable for every patient.

4. Appointments

You may request an appointment through our website, our chat assistant, by phone, or in person. A requested slot is confirmed only once we acknowledge it. Please arrive a few minutes early and bring relevant medical information, a list of current medications, and any prior records or images. We make reasonable efforts to run to time but appointments may occasionally be delayed due to clinical needs.

5. Fees, estimates and payment

A consultation or booking fee may apply and, where shown, is payable at the time of booking. For treatments, we provide an itemised estimate before treatment begins; estimates are indicative and may change if clinical findings differ once treatment starts, in which case we will discuss this with you. You may pay online through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay - UPI, card or net banking) or at the clinic counter. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR). Where the clinic is GST-registered and GST applies, it will be shown on your invoice; the clinic will indicate on the invoice whether GST has been charged.

6. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

Consultation and booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. A paid appointment may be rescheduled once, subject to availability and advance notice. Full details, including how refunds are handled when we cancel, are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete personal and health information, including your medical history, allergies and current medications; to inform us of any changes to your health; to follow the pre- and post-treatment (aftercare) guidance we give you; to attend scheduled appointments or give reasonable notice; and to treat our staff and other patients with courtesy. Providing inaccurate or incomplete information can affect the safety and outcome of your treatment.

8. Consent to treatment

Dentistry is a clinical discipline carried out with skill and care. Before certain procedures we will explain the nature of the treatment, the reasonable alternatives, and the risks and benefits, and ask you to give informed consent (which may be recorded electronically). While we deliver treatment to a high professional standard, individual clinical results depend on factors including your oral health, healing and adherence to aftercare, and we do not promise a specific outcome. Where a treatment plan is presented to you, you may review and accept it (including by electronic signature) before we proceed.

9. Medical disclaimer

Information on this website and from our chat assistant is for general guidance only and is not a substitute for an in-person examination, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified dentist. It should not be relied upon as medical advice for your particular situation. In a dental or medical emergency, contact the clinic by phone or attend your nearest hospital.

10. Communications

By providing your contact details you agree that we may contact you by SMS, WhatsApp, email or phone regarding your appointments, care and payments. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time; essential messages about your care may still be sent. See our Privacy Policy.

11. Website and acceptable use

You agree to use our website and facilities lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, gain unauthorised access to, or misuse them. You are responsible for keeping your account access (for example, one-time codes sent to your phone) confidential.

12. Third-party services

We use trusted third parties to deliver certain features - for example Razorpay for online payments, messaging gateways for SMS/WhatsApp, and a travel partner for dental-tourism visitors. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites we link to.

13. Intellectual property

The content, branding, text, images and design of this website belong to Dream Dental Care and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our written permission.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or its facilities. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. We encourage you to raise any concern with us first so we can try to resolve it amicably.

16. Changes and contact
